This home has been freshly painted, and its Star Wars theme ( downstairs) adds a unique and playful twist to the cozy interiors. Owners have added a Pool table, and arcade games for your enjoyment and the adults in the party can enjoy the newly added outdoor Hot Tub. Large windows offer fantastic views of snow-covered mountains, creating a serene backdrop. Since the home is tucked away in a more secluded spot, a four-wheel drive vehicle is necessary to reach your destination. ~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub a cleaning fee of $100.00 charged at the time of booking.
